If you would like to know what some of my customers have said about the services provided by Dr Jekyl Mobile Recording, please read on .....

  • "Hi Paul   Thanks for all your help with the Easy Street CD’s.  They look great and sound terrific.  I didn’t realize that a live recording could be made to sound so good.   I hope we can work together again some time.   Very best wishes".   Dave Cox (Leader of Easy Street Acoustic Swing Band) - July 2010

  • "Hi Paul,   Many, many thanks for your contribution to the recording sessions over the weekend.   You were a pleasure to work with, as you said you disappeared into the back ground for the majority of the time but when you made a comment - 100% accurate and pointed out something that we had all missed.
The whole band is talking about the session, which considering how much hard work they all found it, demonstrates how much they enjoyed and gained from the experience.
This also reflects the relaxed, professional atmosphere that you created, there was never a moment of panic or pressure, it was easy to concentrate on "us" doing our job.
I look forward to working with you again as soon as possible and should any future clients wish to have a reference I would be honoured to supply one for you.   Thanks from the whole gang".

Colin Cunliffe (MD Midsomer Norton & Radstock Silver Band) - April 2010.

  • "Paul, thank you for all your time and effort in producing a CD that Otterbourne Brass can be justly proud of and stands as a timely record of the band's achievements. When a band records a CD the end result must be pleasing to the ear and professionally packaged. Dr Jekyl Mobile Recording has realised this for us and we are truly grateful. The project has taken 3 months to complete, which includes recording, editing and art work. Having now received the finished 'Valero' CD, we have sold nearly 100 in less than a week, not only to our long standing supporters but to people who have no knowledge of a band within Otterbourne village. A big thank you from everyone at Otterbourne Brass".    Dr Chris Davis OBE (Musical Director, Otterbourne Brass) - Nov 2009

  • " I'm absolutely thrilled with this wonderful memory of past family - especially the birthday celebration, which is really good quality and captures my uncle (then 40, died in 2004) in top form.  Thank you so much for the trouble you took over them and for such a lovely professional job".  Ms C.D. London, May 2008 (Transfer of 46 year old reel-to-reel tapes to CD).

  • "Hi Paul,    Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say a huge thank you for all your help during the recording and editing of our 3rd CD 'Walk of Life'.

You were just so easy to work with with! You gave us a very reasonable quote upfront and kept to it despite the extra mixing work you did (doesn't mean you can put up your prices next time though!!!). I hope we weren't too demanding and we really appreciate you giving up two Friday evenings to come and record the band. This made the process easy for us.

I'm convinced that with the great service you give your business will go from strength to strength......just remember us when your rich and richer. Once again thanks so much for all your help.

Glenn Mason, Bandmaster - Gugge 2000"
    2007

  • "I just wanted to say thank you so much for all your hard work over the weekend. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for us and I’m really looking forward to hearing the finished product!"  .....  "Thanks once again for all your efforts. We really enjoyed working with you and will certainly recommend your services to others wherever possible!" Swindon Concert Band, Feb 2007

  • "At The Demented's first ever gig on 2nd November 2007, Paul (Dr Jekyl) did a great job both in setting up and running the P.A., as well as producing a very high quality CD which the band members are now selling at their schools.

At the time of writing (December 2007), the ages of The Demented (www.thedemented.co.uk) are four boys all aged 10, and the female singer aged 12.

From a business point of view, Dr Jekyl's offer makes a lot of sense, as within a fairly short time the revenue from the CD sales will more than pay for the modest charge that Paul makes for his time, equipment and skills. "
